This Blog

I named my blog after one of the most relevant verses in my life. Awhile back I was struggling with some things and I was trying to figure them out on my own, but I just couldn't do it. I was stuck; trying to find my way by what I knew or thought I knew. It was only after I realized that I didn't know all the answers - that I would never know all the answers - that I stopped struggling. There is only one who has perfect understanding: God. So I let go of my flawed understanding, trusted God, and let him fill in the gaps in my knowledge. There is a kind of peace in giving up your pride and being content in your imperfection.

So this blog is not about me and all that I know. I've learned I can't trust my knowledge. This will be about what I've learned and what I am learning. It's not about how far I've come, but about how far God has brought me.

So, that's my first blog (what a weird word). I hope I did it right!
